CALL FOR PUBLIC AUCTION FOR VILLAS IN BAŠANIJA

Call for online public auction nr. 6-2018 - DUTB ID 6520

The items for sale in this online public auction no. 6-2018 for the sale of real estate – 12 villas at Svjetioničarska ulica, Bašanija, Croatia – BAMC ID 6520 (hereinafter referred to as the “notice”) include properties registered in attached PDF document.

Date and time of online public auction

The online public auctions for the items for sale shall be held on Wednesday, 5 September starting at 09:30 am (schedule is listed in the attached PDF document).

 

BEFORE THE AUCTION

  3. For each unit that you intend to bid on a security deposit of EUR 3,000.00 must be paid by 3:00 pm on 31 August 2018.
    The security deposit is to be paid into DUTB’s transaction account no. SI56 2900 0005 1319 162, Unicredit Banka Slovenija d.d., payment ref. SI00 6520-OIB, birthdate or company registration number”, with the additional payment specification “DEPOSIT TO PURCHASE THE VILLA - ID 6520 - Unit ____”. The bidder must clearly indicate the number of the unit they intend to bid on in the purpose of the payment field. 
  4. The bidder’s eligibility in the e-auction is subject to the following requirements:  payment has been registered in the above DUTB transaction account no later than 1 day after the deadline indicated in the call for bids; and correct reference in the payment purpose field.
  5. Fill out the registration form at https://dutb.edrazbe.si/ by 11:59 pm on 2 September 2018. Remember to attach proof of payment of the security deposit(s).
  6. You will receive a token/tokens (unique identifier for participation) no later than 12 noon on 4 September 2018 via email.
  7. If you do not receive your tokens by the above deadline, check your spam file. If you do not receive a token, call the help desk at +386 (0)5 907 5608 or email podpora@praetor.si.

ON THE DAY OF THE AUCTION

  1. The auction schedule is precisely determined in advance, and you will be able to bid on a particular unit only during the timeframe designated for bidding on that unit.
  2. Login to the auction using the token that you received via email. You can register at https://dutb.edrazbe.si/ or using mobile apps for Android (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.phonegap.edrazbe) and iOS based (https://itunes.apple.com/ua/app/edra%C5%BEbe/id987918413?mt=8) smart phones.
  3. Each auction will run for 5 minutes; you can bid on the property only during the course of the auction. The auction will be extended for an additional minute if any of the bidders raises their bid in the last minute of the auction, up to a maximum of 15 minutes.
  4. The starting bid for an individual unit is the reserve price less the minimum bid increment. The auction will be deemed successful if at least one bidder meets the reserve price – the auction cannot be successful without clicking on the Draži (Bid) button.
  5. A record of the auction will appear on the screen immediately after the auction is completed. Bidders can subsequently access the record at any time by entering their token at https://dutb.edrazbe.si/.


AFTER THE AUCTION

  1. Bidders will receive a report on the auction and the BAMC’s decision on the winning bidder via email within 5 working days of the completion of the auction.
  2. This will be followed by the signing of an agreement with the winning bidder.

Security deposits will be refunded to the losing bidders without interest within seven (7) working days of the signing of an agreement with the winning bidder, to the bank account stated in the registration form.
