Koper, 9 July 2020 – Starting from 11 July 2020 the Bank Asset Management Company (BAMC) will be selling six new apartments in the Nokturno residential development in Koper. The sale will proceed through the collecting of binding bids up until 31 August 2020.

Starting from 11 July, six apartments owned by the BAMC (with pertaining storage units and two parking spaces) will be offered for sale in the Nokturno complex in Koper. The apartments include three that are already furnished model units. The sale will proceed through the method of collecting binding bids up until 31 August 2020, and the apartments will be treated as new constructions with a guarantee pursuant to the ZVKSES. From 11 July 2020 interested buyers can arrange for guided viewings provided by the sale broker Nepremičninska družba, d.o.o.

Žiga Pfeifer, head of the real estate portfolio at the BAMC, explains: “After the successful sale of apartments in the Nokturno settlement in 2016 and 2017, and after practically all the apartments in the Koprska vrata complex have been sold, we now have another opportunity for buyers and investors seeking to acquire an apartment in this exceptional coastal location at competitive prices. Demand for high-quality construction on the coast is huge, so we anticipate major interest.”

The apartments are attractive for various purposes and a range of potential buyers: those from the coast seeking a new home, buyers from other parts of Slovenia and abroad looking for holiday accommodation, existing owners of apartments in the Nokturno construction and also investors seeking rental properties. The apartments feature net floor space of 110.25 to 154.00 square metres, and the modern architectural design allows for functional floor plans, including large terraces.

The Nokturno apartment complex is situated on the Markovec hill in Koper, and comprises three sets of multi-apartment buildings with a total of 235 apartments and pertaining storage units and parking spaces. The complex was built in 2010, and the operating permit was issued in March 2011. With its outstanding location, the settlement offers views of Koper Bay and the Gulf of Trieste, along with an attractive maritime setting. Set apart from the urban bustle, at the same time it is just a short distance from the necessary infrastructure for easy access to coastal towns and neighbouring countries.
