Parking spaces in the parking garage are located near the city center and in the immediate vicinity of the main bus and train station at Kotnikova 30, 32, 34 and Metelkova 11, 13, 15, 17. The parking garage is in the immediate vicinity of ministries and many business institutions. There is also a large number of residential properties above the parking garage.

The subject of sale are 3 individual parking spaces in the 3rd basement:

• ID sign 2197-066, (ZK ID 1737-122-51), in size 12.14 m2, with commercial sign 128, selling price of EUR 19,300,
• ID sign 2197-070, (ZK ID 1737-122-429), in size 11.90 m2, with commercial sign 144, selling price of EUR 14,000,
• ID sign 2197-072, (ZK ID 1737-122-431), in size 12.10 m2, with commercial code 146, selling price of EUR 13,900,
• ID sign 2197-099, (ZK ID 1737-122-463), in size 11.50 m2, with commercial code 178, selling price of EUR 18,600.

The advertised price is valid in the case of a purchase in the VAT system, in the case of a purchase outside the VAT system, the selling price is increased by EUR 1,400.

A seller will increase its final net price, which has been set for a property taxed by a real estate transfer tax and acquired by the seller under the VAT system,  by an adjustment for the deduction of the input VAT which will arise when making the sale outside the VAT system to those buyers who are not entitled to deduct the full amount of the input VAT in accordance with Article 45 of the Value Added Tax (ZDDV-1).
