Opis

Parking spaces in the parking garage are located near the city center and in the immediate vicinity of the main bus and train station at Kotnikova 30, 32, 34 and Metelkova 11, 13, 15, 17. The parking garage is in the immediate vicinity of ministries and many business institutions. There is also a large number of residential properties above the parking garage.

Parking spaces between 11 and 20 m2 in size are available for rent in the 1st basement of the Metelkova Garage.

BASIC RENTAL INFORMATION:

• Location: GH Metelkova, Metelkova 11, Ljubljana.
• Rental price for classic parking space:

1.  private entities: EUR 110 with VAT (EUR 90.16 without VAT) / month,
2.  legal entities: EUR 135 with VAT (EUR 110.66 without VAT) / month.

• Rental price for arking space with functional restrictions:

1. private entities EUR 95 with VAT (EUR 77.87 without VAT) / month,
2. legal entities EUR 115 with VAT (EUR 94.26 without VAT) / month.

• In the case of renting 20 parking spaces, 1 tenant is granted a 10 percent discount.
• In the case of renting more than 20 parking spaces to 1 tenant, in addition to the 10 percent discount, an additional 1 percent discount is granted for each additional rented parking space, but not more than a total of 15 percent discount.
• Contract: Entering into a contract for an indefinite period.
• Offer: Individual parking spaces.
